THE APARTMENT

On a hillside, in an old olive orchard, we have built our villa with an adjacent guesthouse. This guesthouse is for rent as an apartment with a surface of 55m2. It offers a breathtaking, panoramic view over the Pagasitic Gulf with fishing boats, sailing boats and islands further down the coast. At sunrise and sunset you can enjoy the sky changing into different colors all the time; just like small pictures in this, by us ever so much cherished part of Greece. When night finally falls, stars light up the sky.

DIVISION

The apartment is on one level and can be entered via the terrace. When entering the apartment, your attention is immediately drawn to the open kitchen and the living room with dinner table, sofa with double bed and an open fireplace. From the living room there are two pairs of French doors leading to the terrace. To invite you to enjoy the view the terrace is equipped with a table and four seats as well as two sun-loungers.

In the bathroom you will find a wash-stand, lavatory and shower. The double bedroom is situated next to it.

Facilities

Outside: garden, parking-space, 2 terraces, sun-loungers and an outdoor shower.

Inside: the kitchen contains an electric cooker, a microwave- oven, a dish washer, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Satellite TV and a DVD player are available in the living room.
